mchs_chl Chili Cheese Macaroni - This snappy, shortcut, chili mac and cheese recipe, has a bit of Mexican influence to it, in the supreme spice blend we came up with. The green beans, provide some excellent vitamins, some crisp to the texture, and also just the right amount of color, to this quick and easy recipe, that is a “30 Minute Meal”.

Ingredients to make Chili Cheese Macaroni

3/4 lb Ground beef or Ground Fresh Turkey
1 md Onion, chopped
1 cn (14oz) Diced tomatoes
1 1/4 c Tomato juice
1 cn (4oz) Diced Green Chili Peppers, drained
2 ts Chili powder
1/2 ts Garlic salt
1 c Packaged elbow macaroni
1 c Loose-pack frozen cut Green Beans
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions to make Chili Cheese Macaroni

Step 1:Cook ground beef or turkey and onion in a large skillet until meat is brown. Drain off fat. Stir undrained diced tomatoes, tomato juice, chili peppers, chili powder, and garlic salt into meat mixture. Bring to boiling.
Step 2:Bring to boiling. Stir in uncooked macaroni and green beans. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, about 15 minutes or until macaroni and beans are tender.
Step 3:To serve, spoon into bowls; sprinkle with cheese.
